Cilantro Lime Rice
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup uncooked Inland Cape Long Grain White Rice
Step 1- Add 2 cups of water to saucepan or rice cooker. If using saucepan bring water to a boil; stir butter and rice into the water. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 2- Stir the lime zest, lime juice, salt, and cilantro into the cooked rice just before serving. Fluff with fork and serve!
